Request and ship your return within 30 days of purchase.
NEW & UNUSED
New, untested and unused, in the original unopened product packaging with all parts.
NOT ELIGIBLE
Tested, used, installed, cut or damaged lights, opened product packaging, and samples. Opening the shipping box is fine.
RETURN SHIPPING
You arrange and pay for return shipping. Please wait for our written return instructions before you ship.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect your return, within 3 to 5 business days.
NO EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Return eligible items for a refund and place a new order.
