Every Lumengy light is built to meet the highest standards in the industry and undergoes strict quality control and performance testing before it reaches you. In most cases, issues arise from installation or connectivity, not from the product itself. For this reason, we ask you to complete a simple troubleshooting step before submitting a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

Covers defects in materials and workmanship
Our solar lights are much brighter than typical solar products, so they require strong charging. They must receive at least three to four hours of direct sunlight on the panel. They will not work properly in winter conditions, cloudy or gloomy weather, or shaded areas.

Step 1: Quick Test Before Filing a Claim

Please test your light directly before filing a claim:

Connect to a 12V transformer or 12V battery
Solar lights must have 3-4 hours of direct sun (no clouds or shade)
If the light works, the issue is with wiring or connectivity
If the light does not work, continue to Step 2

Step 2: Submit Your Warranty Claim

If your light still isn’t working after the direct test,
