1. Custom Orders: Custom paver light orders are non-returnable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged once placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your order details before confirming.
2. Manufacturing and Delivery: Custom paver light orders have a manufacturing and delivery time of 5-7 weeks from the start of production. This time frame allows for the careful crafting of your unique order.
3. Warranty: All products are covered by a 3-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions. However, please note that custom orders do not carry readily available replacements.
4. Custom Order Replacements: In the rare event of a defect covered by warranty in a custom paver light order, the customer has two options:
Customers may choose a replacement from our available standard paver light inventory, which will be promptly shipped. Alternatively, the customer can opt for a custom replacement. Please be aware that the production time for custom replacements is approximately 8 weeks.
